When Nature is on Equal Footing.

I was lucky to capture this frame at KBR park. I decide to term it as ——-“When Nature is on equal footing”

When Nature is on equal footing, it’s the Nation that will be at advantage. Trust me!science and technology, the management lessons and all the wisdom in the world are from the “womb of nature”.

While we have heard Management lessons on Eagle, Lion, Deer, Wild Beast, tiny ants and so on, science and technology are triggered by flying birds(Airplanes), deep under water whales(Submarines) and so on.

If we have to look at the Peacock in the picture sitting elegantly, companies have developed various strategies inspired by this bird like “Peacock strategy”.

When it comes to development for an Entrepreneur or Executive/Manager or people in different hierarchies: –
1) Make your Entity visible like peacock to the market place (For Entrepreneurs)
2) Make your presence felt in the organization like the peacock (For Executives)
3) Be Authentic with your colleagues/employees like the true colours of a peacock
4) Be Bold rather than playing safe like how a peacock is never subtle with its unique voice
