Though was mute for a while, because of my extensive travel arising out of my back to back engagements on Sales Leadership and Business Coaching with Corporates, I commit to post my observations and value driven learnings on a weekly basis henceforth.
“Competition is mushrooming, Markets are becoming smaller and unforgiving with predatory pricing prevailing everywhere” – This is what I do commonly hear from Executive’s to CXO’s when I do Sales Leadership Consultancy and Business Coaching.
You may be one of the Executive’s or CXO’s who is holding a responsible position in your organization not only to make your business afloat from impending sharks but also to ensure you have enough revenues to sustain and command.
Time to think if not late, what is the unique differentiator that makes you stand apart in making your organization uncommon than those of the common players in your industry.
The Walking Chair is just a simple addition of one circular plastic plate and 2 legs. A simple innovation and a huge untapped market. Every Senior Citizen in this country would love to have this walking chair as it servers dual purpose- A walking Stick and a light weight mobile Chair.
You can still hold to your Fort by adding “unique value” and not necessarily more value to your offerings, where your customer has to lose his negotiating power because he sees a unique value and not more value which your competitors generously offer in terms of price, unbilled extension of a service contract for few more months, unbilled additional boxes beyond the minimum order which I feel is a glorified version of slavery.
Do you have a walking chair in your offerings? If not… It’s possible for SURE. Let’s connect…
