The Generals of SWIGGY !!!!

An interesting observation during a recent visit to Hyderabad on my Business Consulting work. When I walked into a restaurant to have my breakfast, I observed these ‘Generals’ well seated to take on the Orders.

It is said “A picture is worth a 1000 words”. So is this picture!!

Unified Motivational Levels
Unified Mission
Unified Purpose
Unified Assignment
Unified Passion
Unified Outcomes
Unified Spirit
Unified Task
Unified Energy
Unified Enthusiasm
Unified Eagerness and so on…

They are the Field Fleet of Swiggy and what makes them so “Unique, Rare and Uncommon”??

What could be the reason for this Unified Body Language/Gusto/Mission/Purpose/Enthusiasm etc??

• Is it the process and systems in place which are quite flexible and agile as per the market demands and requirements?
OR
• Is it the Team Leaders or the Bosses behind the screens that are running the show and pumping them up?
OR
• Is it the simplified and lean internal processes, unburdening the Field Fleet to make them more productive on the job?
OR
• Is it the perks?

You could be CXO of a company or a Head of Sales or in HR or in L&D or in Operations or Head of Implementation or a Center Head or a Team Leader managing teams of different sizes locally or at a Pan India Level or at a Global Level.
