SMALL EVENTS LEAVE BIG LEARNINGS.
While I parked my car in a by lane and walking towards the Park for my morning walk, I noticed this Grand Old Lady, with her spine bent parallel to the ground, trying to do the morning chores only with the support of a stick.
At this age, she lives her life with full Dignity by sweeping the front yard of this building and takes her wage!!
Given the obvious fact that, she is at a disadvantage at this stage and phase of her life and being very feeble, she has the mental toughness to position herself as employable to her employer!
To all the people who come across this post, do we have the steel armour of toughness to be assertive in getting what we want from our Corporate Eco-System which includes our Target Markets also.
