He is a visionary and has a strong belief in India’s Industrial potential. He firmly believes that India offers the great opportunity and to achieve that potential or to grab the set of opportunities, we need a skilled leadership teams across Industries.
Over the year’s Sanjeev has worked in markets across India from ground to strategic levels. He has excellent skills and experience in Customer / Channel engagement.
He firmly believes that the primary KRA of the leader is to create more leaders. Identifying, developing, coaching, mentoring leaders at all levels is his forte. The talent recruited by him in the companies that he worked for are today in senior leadership roles in various companies.
