Rajesh has done MBA and also MSc in Psychotherapy and is a practicing Corporate Psychologist and consults in the area of Executive Coaching, Life Coaching and Business Coaching.
Rajesh specializes in Customer-centric approach. He uses his extensive Sales leadership experience combined with the power of Design Thinking to train and mentor teams in organizations to be completely customer-focused and deliver meaningful customer outcomes which propel the organizations into orbital growth.
He works as an external consultant to various organizations, training on leadership and sales strategy with a design thinking approach in cross-vertical domains, equipping businesses with a systematic process that empowers them with the ability to develop new, innovative solutions to solve real problems. His exposure to successful multi-stakeholder large complex deals, combined with his deep insights in Psychotherapy, has given him a firm edge on breaking the traditional patterns of leadership game and sales cycle.
