He headed award-winning national teams in companies like NTT Communications (Fortune 53 company), Sify Technologies (1800 Cr. company) to name a few.
Rajesh has done MBA and also MSc in Psychotherapy and is a practicing Corporate Psychologist and consults in the area of Executive Coaching, Life Coaching and Business Coaching.

Nitisha Baalay has a hybrid professional background that spans Entrepreneurship, Corporate Training, Design Thinking, Business Coaching, Business Strategy, Professional Services, Operations Management, and Corporate Image Management. She had been working in the field of Information Technology Services for more than 18 years in USA and India.
Nitisha is passionate about coaching, design thinking, business strategy, training and helping others learn. She coaches and mentors Entrepreneurs and Executives to enhance their strengths, overcome hurdles and develop their innovation skills to succeed in their business and profession. She also works with startups and guides them using design thinking on their business plan, strategy, branding and professional Image management. Her creativity and strategic thinking comes from growing an organization and she uses these skills to help clients effectively apply new innovation systems and processes to their business

He comes with varied knowledge on Corporate Tax, Capital markets, Corporate restructuring, integrated range of legal and compliance consultation. His areas of core competency includes International Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Planning & Project Evaluation, Corporate Tax planning & Consultation and Business restructuring.
He has a degree from University of Madras and has been awarded gold medal for the Best outgoing student.
He is also a guest lecturer for many institutes for professional development , faculty for direct taxes and also does motivational seminars for various category of people. He is also a part of many social welfare trust and involved in setting up of old age homes , health care facilities, educational etc.
Sanjeev has been in leadership roles in HP. MICROSOFT, EMC and has an overall experience over 30 years in Sales/ Channel Management domain in IT Industry. He is a visionary and has a strong belief in India’s Industrial potential. He firmly believes that India offers the great opportunity and to achieve that potential or to grab the set of opportunities, we need a skilled leadership teams across Industries.
