"The Genesis of Business lies in its Business Communication"

Communication forms the crux of any Organization. The productivity and progress of an organization is directly linked to the Effective Business Communication skills of its employees.

In today’s world of fading loyalties, a firm partnership between a Customer and the Service Provider comes only with exceptional account servicing. This involves lot of frequent communication with the Customer, keeping them posted on project developments/ work orders/ project delays in the right manner.

Improper communication codes in business scenarios, even if it is minimal, can be very disastrous and can wipe out the strength of the Business Equation between the Customer and the Service Provider and it is highly prone to switching of loyalties.

If Employees who interact with the Customers are not trained properly on how to handle the customers in all situations, the Opportunity Cost to the organization is very high. Customers will not engage with the Service Provider for further business if they do not see the required confidence, assurance and authority during their interactions.

This is the same when it comes to Organizations with Global Teams where cross-cultural “miscommunication” arises frequently because of differences in Cultural context, English language usage, Professional relationship perspective and Power dynamics.
