Leadership @ Cellular Level

If this Honorable SIR in the picture can lead a life with full of dignity by displaying Leadership at Cellular Level through “selling by crawling”, what are we doing to our lives. Are we leading a life in direct proportion to our innate abilities or living like slaves to our own fears?

Some say Leaders are Born and some say Leaders are Made. I leave it to the wisdom of the readers to decide.

My 2 cents – Leadership is all about conquering oneself and that’s a game that will never end or stop. You may plug so well into the definition of Leadership given by others and that doesn’t necessarily mean that you are a roaring Leader, heard miles or continents away.

Of all God’s Creations, Humans are the weakest because we can’t stand to a down pour like a sparrow nor we are as strong as Lion.

However, our race eventually conquered every species on Earth, Sea and Air. We have touched and understood every animal and plant across the spectrum.

Unfortunate and blunt truth is that- “Humans never Conquered themselves”.

We have large masses of people across the Globe who never challenged themselves, leave alone conquering themselves. Sadly, many people never even made an attempt to reflect on their core strengths and abilities which is an unexplored continent in them.
